Need some help with html, then HTML Goodies might have the answer, for help with Css, Stylesheets/CSS is good for beginers. Make sure you check out W3Schools Online they have tutorials for most things you`ll need.
Of course then you might need some scripts to enhance your site, Hotscripts has a collection of java, javascript, flash and php as well as others.
